You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind. Luke 10:27
'Love your neighbor as yourself. Mark 12:31
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[i] and hate your enemy.’
But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven.
He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. Matt. 5:44-45
Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law -Romans 13:10
So how do we access and show this kind of love? The answer is found in the book of Romans Chapter 5 verse 5. It states:
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
This means that it not possible to have this kind of love without the Holy Ghostt.
The Holy Ghost otherwise called the Holy Spirit is only given to those whose have given their lives to Jesus Christ that died and rose again for the sins of man.
To give your life to Jesus Christ is to make Him your Lord and Saviour and you can do that by say the prayer below
Dear God, I repent of my sins and I ask you to forgive me.
I believe your Son Jesus Christ died for my sins and I accept Him as my Lord and savior.
Come and dwell in my heart from now on. Amen!
