1. Acknowledge that you are sinner.
2. Confess your sins.
3. Repent from your sins and forsake them.
4. Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He died for your sins.
5. Open your mouth and say what is you believed in step 4.
6. Say with your month and say that you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
Or simply say this prayer:
Dear God, I repent of my sins and I ask you to forgive me.
I believe your Son Jesus Christ died for my sins and I accept Him as my Lord and savior.
Come and dwell in my heart from now on. Amen!
